What is your return policy?

For 30 days after your purchase you are allowed to return your products for any reason. If you seek a return shoot us a message via the contact page!

How are customs and other fees handled?

Any fees incurred after the sale is completed (IE after you have checked out) are the responsibility of the customer. DeadEyeVR is not responsible for fees and import duties.

Do you offer wholesale distribution

Yes we sell our products wholesale and offer wholesale pricing. Send us a message through the "Contact Us" page to get started.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do ship internationally.

What are your shipping options?

Inside the US packages are shipped out via USPS first class mail and, for larger packages, Priority mail. For international orders UPS shipping options are recommended

What if a package is lost in transit?

For international orders, we have found that USPS international shipping is unreliable and often gets lost. As such, USPS international orders will not be replaced if they are lost in the mail. Though more expensive, UPS shipping options have been found to be more reliable and we will re ship orders if UPS loses them.

For US orders, we will re ship lost orders as US domestic shipping is inexpensive and reliable.

How long until I get my delivery?

Generally, orders take two to five days to arrive from within the US. From outside the US it can take one to four weeks.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes. Contact us via the "Contact Us" page for help you need with your order.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order via the tracking information provided in your checkout email.
